Clear answers to help you shop smarter, healthier, and with confidence.
Noshi is a health-focused shopping companion that helps families understand what’s really in their groceries. It turns barcode and receipt scans into clear insights about ingredients, additives and allergens, so you can make decisions with confidence instead of guessing in the supermarket aisle.
You shop as usual at supermarkets like Woolworths, Coles, IGA or Harris Farm. Then you scan products or upload your receipt into Noshi. The app reads the items, looks up their ingredients and additives, applies your family’s allergen and preference settings, and highlights anything you might want to avoid or swap for a healthier option.
Yes. You can create allergen and dietary profiles for each family member, covering things like nuts, dairy, gluten or specific ingredients. When Noshi detects a product that doesn’t fit those settings, it flags it clearly and suggests safer alternatives, so you don’t have to decode every label from scratch.
No. The fastest way to get started is to scan your receipt after a shop so Noshi can import everything at once. From there, you can scan specific products when you’re unsure about them, when you’re trying something new, or when you want to compare options on the shelf.
Noshi does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It’s designed as an informational tool to help you understand ingredients, additives and patterns in your shopping. For medical concerns, allergy management or dietary changes, you should always speak with a qualified health professional.
Noshi is being built with Australian families in mind and is designed to work with major supermarket chains such as Woolworths, Coles, IGA and Harris Farm where possible. Support may vary as we expand our product and receipt coverage, and we’ll continue improving compatibility over time.
